These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the landing page located at sweetmapleboutique.ca and the associated Sweet Maple Boutique web app experience (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Sweet Maple Boutique ("we", "us", or "our").

The Service provides a progressive web app (PWA) landing experience that allows you to install a shortcut to access the Sweet Maple Boutique online store more quickly from your device. The Sweet Maple Boutique store itself, including any purchases, orders, payments, shipping, refunds or customer service for products, is operated separately on its own website or app (including domains such as app.sweetmapleboutique.ca).
We do not sell products directly, and we are not the merchant of record for purchases made in the Sweet Maple Boutique store. Any contractual relationship related to orders, payments, delivery, returns or product quality is between you and the store operator.

You may use the Service only if you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or if you are using the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
